Setup Auto-Order Subscription
1. Before Adding to Cart
Select "Subscription Order"
In the product page, before adding the order to the cart - change the purchase option by selecting, "Subscription Order" to enable auto-ordering configurations.
The default purchase option is set to "One-Time Purchase" for all products. This option must changed for each product in orders that include different items.
2. Initial Subscription Options
Set Order Quantity and Frequency
After selecting the "Subscription Order," set initial order by choosing the order quantity and delivery frequency to establish the subscription. When the purchase is complete, customers will have immediate access to manage subscription orders through their account profile or the login portal.
3. Manage Your Subscription
Make Changes When You Want
Manage your subscription by accessing on your account profile or the customer login portal.
Control all aspects of the subscription by changing products, quantity and delivery schedule of the subscription order with no risk. Pause, skip or cancel at any time.
4. We'll Handle the Rest
Worry Free Deliveries
Deliveries will arrive within the standard 3-5 business days from the purchase date of your order. Change the delivery schedule to your preferred time or day in the manage your subscription section or contact us by phone or email.
